Our ideal location in the charming Old Main Neighborhood offers residents the best of downtown Bellevue in a residential and park-like setting. Residents are within walking distance of fine restaurants, Bellevue Downtown Park and some of the best shopping in the state, including Bellevue Square Mall. All services and assistance provided for residents is tailored and adjusted to the preferences and needs of each individual. Our twenty-four hour staff is available to provide whatever services a resident may need.

We offer 86 apartments in studio, one- and two-bedroom suite options. Our library features a cozy fireplace and provides plenty of space to relax and
enjoy a good book or the daily newspaper. Our bistro serves snacks and beverages throughout the day, and is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee. Exercise equipment can be found in our full-service fitness center. Daily exercise programs are offered, so residents have the opportunity to join choose from a variety of options including yoga and Tai Chi. Other activities available include outings such as trips to concerts, botanical gardens, shopping or art appreciation classes. Summer and fall evenings can be enjoyed in our garden gathered around our outdoor fireplace.

Beauty salon and barber services are available on-site, and scheduled transportation is available for off-site events and appointments. Our Life’s Neighborhood memory care program for individuals with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia utilizes the latest in sensory stimulation to 
look to reduce required levels of medication. All residents’ accommodations receive weekly housekeeping and linen services, and additional storage is available upon request. Our dining program features chef prepared meals with an emphasis on natural, whole and organic foods. Meals are served in our dining room or on warmer days, our outdoor dining terrace.
